This weekly offering blends gentle meditation with sound healing instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant tools to support deep relaxation and inner balance. No prior experience with meditation or sound healing is required.
This is a low-pressure, welcoming space to slow down, breathe, and reset.
