REIKI - ENERGY HEALING

If you Google Reiki you will learn that it is a Japanese stress relieving technique. But it is so much more than that. Reiki translates to Universal Life Force Energy. When you receive a Reiki treatment, the Reiki practitioner channels this Universal Life Force Energy through themselves and into you. This Energy is very intelligent and it knows exactly what you need to heal. I like to describe Reiki as induced meditation. However, every session is different from the last. Reiki has a powerful way of helping you heal. It works on a physical and metaphysical level. You are not only a physical being, not only a mental being, and not only an emotional being. You are also and energetic being. There is energy flowing through and around your body at all times. Sometimes life has a way of kinking our energy pathways - like a kinked garden hose - restricting the flow of energy and causing a build up of pressure. Reiki helps to remove those energy blocks and restore the natural flow of energy.
